We live in a fast paced world and we can get into the fight or flight frame of mind which produces stress hormones
Research has shown meditation is a very effective way to reduce stress in the mind and body and it's never too late to start.
There are many ways to meditate. We simply sit in chairs listening to a guided meditation session, offered by June, with soft music playing for approximately 15 /20 minutes. Group members are welcome to bring a blanket to cover themselves with if they wish.
