Anyone with an interest in gardening and/or wildlife, and is keen to improve their knowledge, is welcome to join us. We are a friendly group and new members are always welcome.

At our regular meetings members are entertained with a wide variety of illustrated talks, all of which encompass the gardening and wildlife remit. The speakers come from both amateur and professional backgrounds and also include our own members and convenors. Check out our programmes to get an overview of recent talks.

We also organise regular day trips to visit gardens of interest. The gardens and wildlife venues we visit are normally in private ownership, belong to the National Trust or are Royal Horticultural Society affiliated.

Members normally pay £1 entry to the talks. Costs for an outside visit can vary from £15 - £30.
