Qigong is a traditional Chinese system of coordinated body posture, slow-flowing movement, deep rhythmic breathing and a calm meditative state of mind used for health and spirituality. It is viewed throughout Asia as a practice to cultivate balance - Qi (pronounced chi which translates as life energy.) We also do mindfulness meditation by listening to guided meditation tracks and normally finish up with a gratitude process. These practices go well together and lead to a happier, calmer and more relaxed mind and body.
